萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭,可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩,對角向的補償可達25?以上,采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高,傳動效率優(yōu)異,在現代工業(yè)領域被廣泛采用。
SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局,與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近,主要運用在重載大型裝備領域,回轉直徑可達1200mm。
SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局,主要用于軋鋼機械,起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域,回轉直徑可到1600mm,扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上,是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。
萬向節(jié)聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整,使對輪既同心又平行,否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來一同旋轉,并傳遞運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件(如齒輪、帶輪等)。
靠背輪常由兩半合成,分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接,緊固在兩軸端,再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。
靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fā)生的偏移(包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移);以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
靠背輪為俗稱,專業(yè)叫法為聯軸器以及法蘭,用于機械設備的連接。
對輪聯軸器慣性主軸線與旋轉軸線之間重心位置偏心量的可能值是平方和方根值而決定的,主要由兩半聯軸器和聯接螺栓組成,對輪聯軸器軸套孔裝配前,鏜削切割和鍵槽的修整聯軸器端面和其它表面的加工等。半聯軸器的軸套孔有圓錐孔和圓柱孔兩種形式,圓錐孔比圓柱孔在工藝特性上有較多的特點,圓錐形軸套孔容易獲得相配合部件之間的同心。
對輪聯軸器在工作過程中,并且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果,由于承受咬入沖擊動載荷,使得聯軸器受到峰值轉矩,聯軸器承載能力下降,并在短時間內失效,從而直接影響其正常工作,其中的較薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進行替換或維修是重要和實用的。聯軸器兩軸相對半徑變位要求較好,找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果在駕駛過程中螺栓松動,泵裝置的振動和噪音可能會變大。
